Optical-focusing system with non-axial focusing optics.
ABSTRACT

The proposed invention falls into equipment for laser material treating. Problems of the invention are: the improvement of treating quality and expansion of technological opportunities. The offered optical-focusing system includes vertical tubular housing for passage inside its laser beam, mechanism of its rotation around its axis and mechanism of its vertical moving, first rotary mirror at the bottom of housing for deviation of laser beam under a corner 900, flange on the lower end of tubular housing, two carriages with mechanism of their moving on bottom face of flange perpendicularly axes of tubular housing, optical head, anchored on one of carriages on some distance from an axis of tubular housing and consisted of the second rotary mirror, directing laser beam from the first rotary mirror vertical downward, and the focusing lens, located under the second rotary mirror and having mechanism for its vertical moving. On both carriages, in one plane with the axis of optical head, there are vertical spindles with ball supports on the end for pressing surface of workpiece, erected symmetrically axis of tubular housing, on both sides of it.Vertical spindles with ball supports can be set two on each carriage, and also spindles and optical head can be anchored on the carriages with the help of connected to carriage bottom face surface plates.
